| Refunds | As a digital service, payments are non-returnable. However, if you contact us by email within 14 days of a payment (the first payment or a renewal), we will refund that payment in full and end the subscription. There are no prorated refunds for cancelling mid-period. Deleting your account ends the subscription immediately without a refund for the remaining period (except for refund requests within 14 days). |
